1. What if I am not happy with my purchase?

According to Australian Consumer Law, if you are not happy with your purchase you are entitled to a change of mind refund. At Katya Ladies Activewear we have a 30 day change of mind policy. 

You will need to provide receipt of purchase, we will then send you a label and you will have to pay the return shipping. If you need any help when it comes to sizing, please contact us! info@katyaladiesactivewear.com

2. How will my item be shipped?

We will send out your package with Australia Post. Once you have purchased your item you will receive an email with a receipt of purchase. We will then send another email out with tracking information, so you can see exactly where your item is!

3. Is my purchase safe?

Our website is protected by SSL Encryption, we also accept payments via PayPal which is a safer alternative to standard credit cards when shopping online. We will never store your personal information. The only information we will gather is your email address or phone number, to be able to provide updates on your purchase. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

4. What is RRP?

RRP stands for Reserve Retail Price. This is the price set for a product to be able to sell at retail. Any prices listed higher than "RRP" Will not be a retail vendor. You most likely will find these prices on eBay/ Marketplace. Prices listed under "RRP" are discounted products from retail vendors, all of our products are NEW and are not secondhand. However you can find second hand products on eBay or Marketplace for under "RRP".
