1. Who are we?
We are a proud Australian owned small business based in Melbourne. We founded this project when we combined our love for both fashion and feeling comfortable in our own skin. As Australian women, we want to empower and spread positivity through wellness, comfortability, and usability!
2. How will my item be shipped?
We will send out your package with Australia Post. Once you have purchased your item, you will receive an email with a receipt of purchase. We will then send another email out with tracking information, so you can see exactly where your item is!
3. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Your happiness is our number one goal! If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us within 30 days of delivery to return or exchange your item/s.
You will need to provide receipt of purchase, we will then send you a label, and you will have to pay the return shipping. If you need any help when it comes to sizing, please contact us! info@katyaladiesactivewear.com
